Quote-Ready Sprint

Technical RFQs arrive incomplete. We make them quote-ready before your estimator touches them.

Lightweight quotation workflows for technical manufacturers — without replacing your ERP, CRM or estimating system.

48-hour fixed sprint · Redacted data accepted · No integration · Human-reviewed

Full sprint: 10 RFQs · £300 fixed

From incoming RFQ to review-ready input

Turn the first pass into a Quote-Ready Pack.

Before

Incoming RFQ

  • Customer email
  • Drawing / PDF
  • Specification
  • Quantity
  • Delivery requirement

Quote-Ready Check

  1. Extract
  2. Check
  3. Clarify

After

Quote-Ready Pack

  • Structured requirements
  • Missing inputs
  • Clarification questions
  • Internal quotation brief
  • Draft customer reply
  • Quote-readiness status

Your estimator still makes the quotation decision.
Quote-Ready removes first-pass structuring and clarification work before detailed review.

This illustrative review shows how an incomplete technical enquiry can be turned into confirmed requirements, visible quote blockers and a draft clarification.

Status

NOT QUOTE-READY

The point is not to generate the quotation.
The point is to surface what must be resolved before engineering and pricing work proceeds.

Fixed-scope pilot

Quote-Ready Sprint

Test the workflow on your own RFQs before considering any integration or larger implementation.

What you send

Up to 10 redacted RFQs / technical enquiries

Optional supporting material:

  • Drawings
  • BOMs
  • Specifications

Customer and company identifiers may be removed.

No CRM / ERP integration. No mailbox access.

What you receive

For each RFQ:

  • Confirmed requirements
  • Missing / ambiguous information
  • Quote blockers
  • Clarification questions
  • Internal quotation brief
  • Draft customer response
  • Quote-readiness status
  • Recommended next action

Across the batch

A short summary of recurring intake gaps.

48 hours begins after the complete agreed pilot input is received.

Start small

Start with one RFQ first.

Send one redacted RFQ and I’ll return the Quote-Ready output.

If it isn’t useful, stop there — no need to continue with the £300 sprint.

Test one RFQ

Customer/company identifiers may be removed before sending.

One-RFQ proof

  • No charge
  • No obligation
  • No integration

How it works

Start with a sample.
Judge the output.

  1. 01

    Send one redacted RFQ

You can remove customer/company identifiers. No CRM or mailbox access required.

  2. 02

    See the reviewed output

EGuo Labs returns the structured requirements, blockers, clarification points and draft response. If the first output is not useful, stop there — no charge and no obligation.

  3. 03

    Run the fixed sprint

If useful, the full Quote-Ready Sprint covers up to 10 RFQs for £300 fixed.

  4. 04

    Only then discuss implementation

Larger automation or integration is only discussed if the pilot proves a repeatable workflow is worth improving.

The boundary is deliberate

Human-reviewed,
not an automatic quotation engine.

The output is a structured commercial first pass.

STRUCTURED FIRST PASSYour team decides
01

Your technical judgement

Technical feasibility, engineering decisions, product selection and compliance remain with your team.

02

Your commercial approval

Pricing, lead time and final quotation approval remain with your team. EGuo Labs does not replace sales engineers or estimators.

03

Supplied evidence only

Missing information stays visible. EGuo Labs does not silently invent missing information. The first pass is based only on the information your team supplies.

Only what the review needs

Designed for a
low-friction test.

You can redact customer names and unnecessary identifiers before sharing pilot material.

Only provide the commercial / technical information needed for the agreed review.

The pilot does not require

  • CRM credentials
  • ERP credentials
  • Mailbox access
  • Customer login
  • Bank/payment data
  • Unrelated personal information

If your organisation requires a specific confidentiality, DPA, retention or deletion process, confirm that requirement before sending material.

A few useful answers

Before we talk.

Does this replace an engineer or estimator?

No. EGuo Labs prepares a structured first pass. Technical feasibility, engineering decisions, pricing, lead time, compliance and final quotation approval stay with your team.

Does EGuo Labs generate the final quotation?

No. Quote-Ready prepares the requirements, missing inputs, clarification questions and internal brief before detailed quotation work. Your team creates and approves the quotation.

Do you need access to our CRM, ERP or mailbox?

No. The fixed pilot works from redacted RFQs or quotation data supplied by your team.

Can customer information be removed?

Yes. Customer/company names and unnecessary identifiers can be removed before material is shared.

What do you need for the Quote-Ready Sprint?

Up to 10 recent RFQs or technical enquiries, with any relevant drawing, BOM or specification needed for the agreed review.

What happens after the sprint?

You receive the reviewed outputs and a short summary of recurring intake gaps. If the workflow proves useful, a larger implementation can be discussed. There is no obligation to continue.

Can we test one RFQ first?

Yes. Send one redacted RFQ first. I’ll return the Quote-Ready output at no charge. If it is not useful, you do not need to continue with the £300 sprint.

Review what needs a next action.

For teams with a meaningful set of recent or open quotations, Quote Recovery turns a small anonymised export into a reviewed next-action queue.

Quote Recovery Sprint

  • 20–50 anonymised quotation rows
  • 48 hours
  • £300 fixed
  • No CRM access

48 hours begins after the complete agreed pilot input is received.

  • Prioritised recovery queue
  • Age / inactivity review
  • Visible-next-action flags
  • Reason each item needs attention
  • Recommended next action
  • Ready-to-send follow-up
  • REVIEW / do-not-chase classification

Waiting states and incomplete evidence remain subject to human commercial review. Not every old quotation needs to be chased.
